CLONTECH is a newly formed multifarious association carrying the dreams of all the aspiring young Bio-Scientists from India. It has been made possible due to the cohesive efforts of many budding scientific brains of Chennai who would possibly dawn the Indian Scientific Scenario in the near future. This idea has spurted up considering the fact that there has been a consistent drop in the number of people taking up a career in Bio-Sciences. Much of this can be attributed to the IT Revolution which offer a lucrative money package. This is an effort from the student front already in the field of Bio-Sciences to pep up the ratio of students taking up a career in this field. For this mission to succeed we need a strong support in the form of sponsors, for various activities we are undertaking in the near future. It would also be a good opportunity for the sponsors to show their cooperation towards the development of Bio-Sciences in India.
